Please click on the link below from Scottish Storytelling Centre with details of a ‘playing with dance’ workshop for musicians with artist-in-residence Nic Gareiss, a percussive dance artist and researcher visiting from the States. This is a unique opportunity for local musicians to learn from Nic and develop their playing. Alison Carlyle (SMG Chair & Stepdance tutor) and step dancers from her Portobello group will also attend for part of the workshop, offering a real opportunity to foster conversation, collaboration & creative connection locally.

The workshop will take place at the Scottish Storytelling Centre on Saturday 6th April from 10:00am – 1pm.
