Saturday 20th March from 10.30am to 1pm with Mary McCann

Come and join in a wee singers’ gathering on Zoom on the theme of Lullabies and Soothing Songs.
Scots tradition is rich in beautiful lullabies, songs and slow airs which seem designed to lull, relax and calm both listener and singer. Mary will bring some new lullabies to learn, and some well-known lullabies and songs to sing along to. Words will be sent out in advance. Turns (songs or tunes) very welcome (doesn’t have to be a lullaby).
We’ll have a break halfway through for coffee and chat.
Donations to Scots Music Group funds at www.scotsmusic.org/donations gratefully received.
To register, get further details and book a turn, please email rhona.hogg@gmail.com before Monday 15 March if possible.
