The SMG office is in the basement of St George’s West Church. The door for the offices is in Queensferry Street Lane which runs behind the church, and is parallel to Shandwick Place. Go down Stafford Street (which runs down the lefthand side of the building), then turn right into Queensferry Street Lane. Go past the Volunteer Centre on the right – you’ll see a Scots Music Group sign on our office window – you can enter by the next door (number 45). Our buzzer is number 4.
There is level access at the side entrance of St George’s West, in Stafford Street. Ring the bell for access at this entrance. From here there is lift access to all floors of the building. There are a couple of steps to access our office which is located in the basement to the rear of the building

Generally, the SMG Office is open from Tuesday – Thursday from 11am – 3pm. Because of the nature of our organisation (50 classes running over three days, in seven different venues) we may be out and about, so phoning first (0131 555 7668) is advisable if you’re making a special journey.
