Ros Gasson

Ros’s String Circle fiddle class moved to St Bride’s Centre in September 2011

Ros learnt to play fiddle as an adult, and has played with Da Hooley Ceilidh Band since it first started in 1995. More recently, Ros has been performing with Shindiggery, a band formed from the Scots Music Group’s longest-running session in the Diggers pub, and singing in Sangstream, the Scots Music Group’s community choir.

Ros has been involved with the Scots Music Group in many different roles over the years – as volunteer, student, ceilidh co-ordinator, Development Worker, and tutor.

Ros is also a keen photographer, and particularly enjoys taking photos around Scotland, and at gigs and events.
