Corrina Hewat

Corrina’s style of teaching and performing has developed over the years into a mature confidence, as she soaks up the music around her and incorporates this into her joy of performing. Being a former member of Shine, Chantan and Bachue, she now runs a 22-piece Scottish big band “The Unusual Suspects”, performs in a trio with Karine Polwart & Annie Grace, has also released her own album “Harp I Do” to add to the collection of 30-something albums she has previously recorded. She is in the process of forming The Corrina Hewat Band, which will be touring in 2009 and beyond. Previous workshop quotes: “I loved every minute of it.
