PA Workshop

This workshop is for acoustic instruments and voice and will introduce the basics of what a sound system is, the parts needed and how it is set up and operated.

It will include a brief introduction to practical mixing both for individuals and bands. There will be plenty of practical hands-on experience in setting up a PA system and operating a basic mixing desk. Information and demonstrations of how to mic up voices and instruments will be given and there will be a chance to try both mixing and performing through the PA system.

At Candlish Hall, St Georges West from 2 – 4pm.
