Mixed Instrument - Beginner (daytime)

Learn to play music in arrangements with other people. Embrace your creativity and enjoy the diversity to be discovered in the beginners mixed instrument group as we create our own arrangements of a variety of traditional tunes together. All instruments (and muscians!) welcome. For people who have been playing for a year or more.

Song - Traditional Singing Group

Develop your singing skills with enjoyable warm-ups and games, and learn some great traditional songs in a friendly daytime group. New members welcome

Mixed Instrument (daytime) - Morning Mixed

This class will work on arranging sets of tunes which are first learnt by ear (music and recordings provided). There will be opportunities to explore various aspects of arrangement and to perform in the community. Suitable for players of intermediate level and above

Song - Linten Adie

We work on a wide variety of (mainly) Scots songs in a lively and sociable group. The group learns songs by ear and performs at occasional community events.

Fiddle - Upper Intermediate (Daytime)

We’ll be focussing on different tune types in various different keys, and looking to develop our ornamentation and arranging skills
