The class is suitable for absolute beginners to join any time during the term.
Pay by the week, when you arrive at the class.
Suitable for people at any level, from those who have never danced before to more experienced ceilidh dancers. Relaxing, sociable, fun, and a great way to keep fit. There is an informal approach to the class and the emphasis is on learning the basics in a fun and safe way, whilst retaining the spirit of the dance.
No partner necessary. Wear flat, comfortable shoes.

The class learns basic ceilidh dances but we also experiment with new simple dances as well as more complicated dances like the Duke of Perth and Postie’s Jig. We’re open to all suggestions and will try anything once!
New members to the class are made very welcome. We occasionally attend ceilidhs as a group at weekends which is great fun.
