This class is suitable for people who have never played clarsach before. You should have a clarsach to bring to the class
Learn the basics of how to play the clarsach, including technique, fingering etc. Learn some basic tunes and accompaniment.
Clarsachs are available for hire from the Clarsach Society. They have a long waiting list, so contact them as soon as possible if you wish to hire a clarsach. Contact Fiona MacKenzie at the Clarsach Society on 131 445 4252 for more information

and teacher. A seasoned performer, she has just finished a MA in
traditional music performance at the Irish World Academy of Music. As
